Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to areas on the hands, feet or face. Reflexology is relaxing and may help to alleviate stress.
The theory behind reflexology is that areas or zones on the hands and feet correspond to the organs and systems of the body. Pressure and massage applied to these zones can help to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
According to The Mayo Clinic, several studies indicate that reflexology can help with pain management, and other psychological symptoms, such as stress, anxiety and sleep quality.

She will be offering Hand and Foot Reflexology Sessions at Affordable Acupuncture on Thursday mornings. She is available for treatments through Pathways Healing on Mondays until April, and will expand availability after April 1st. Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the hands or feet. Reflexology is relaxing and may help to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas or zones on the hands and feet correspond to the organs and systems of the body. Pressure and massage applied to these zones can help to bring relaxation and promote healing to the corresponding area of the body. According to The Mayo Clinic, several studies indicate that reflexology can help with pain management, and other psychological symptoms, such as stress, anxiety and sleep quality. Jeannette is also well versed in meridian and acupressure theories and will incorporate those theories into her treatments. Jeannette has achieved several energy modalities such as Reiki Master, Emergence Technique, BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique for humans and their companion animals, Learning Path, and Body Code. Jeannette has been a competitive athlete, medical laboratory technologist, professional skating coach, is a mother of two daughters, and married to an understanding, compassionate husband who has supported Jeannetteʼs passion for learning. Jeannette developed an interest for alternative ways of regaining balance with exposure to reflexology and iridology as a child. When her children were born this interest became a passion. A quest to re-discover reflexology methods and vibrational technologies and techniques that are possible for everyone to access and regain their inherent original potential in health and in life. For Jeannette, vibration is the key. Living, feeling, and researching the energy that relays information throughout the body and field has been a life endeavor. Jeannette looks forward to assisting those interested in regaining their inner composure through discovery, learning and release.

Summary

Kenzie MacLean at Naturally Radiant supports you on your healing and self empowerment journey, meeting you where you’re at. She offers energy work through reiki to clear energetic blocks and channels divine guidance through intuitive oracle readings to bring clarity and connection. Kenzie MacLean has always been a passionate rock collector with eclectic interests. Naturally Radiant Retail offers hand selected crystals and other metaphysical items at affordable prices so everyone can share her love for these one of a kind pieces. Her retail is featured in the Pathways Healing lobby.

About me…

Open minded and grounded in realism.

Healing is not a “one size fits all” like we are led to believe. We are all beautifully unique, with our own experiences and perspectives. We should celebrate this! Keeping this in mind, each and every one of us will approach our healing journey in our own way. My healing approach is holistic in nature, offering my open support to you.

I started out as a little kid with a love for collecting rocks and looking at the night sky, always asking “why” questions about absolutely everything and anything I could think of. I continued that passion for knowledge and completed my degree in Biomedical Toxicology and Business (#ForeverAGryphon). After graduating, I worked in the food and pharmaceutical industries appreciating what these sectors have to offer. Although professionally fulfilled, I felt there was something “missing” in my life. I’ve always had a desire to genuinely help people.

I hit my version of rock bottom where I was emotionally, spiritually and physically at my worst. I continued asking the “why” questions, but this time about my health and spiritual growth. That’s when I found reiki. WOW. I was forced to focus on my healing journey and it was the best decision I ever made.

I am now a Usui Reiki Master and would be honoured to use my skills and unique perspective to help you along your healing journey, if that’s what feels right for you.

I’m always open to chat with you first to see if we’re a good fit, or to bond over awesome crystals and cool rocks (refer to my free consult).
